Your Soulwell Account

Account Responsibility

  • You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Soulwell

Account Usage

  • Don't share your account with others

  • Our AI insights are tools for reflection, not professional guidance

  • Use Soulwell as a complement to, not replacement for, professional care

Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities

When using Soulwell, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal activities
  • Attempt to harm, harass, or threaten others
  • Try to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
  • Use automated tools to access the service
  • Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Your Content

Ownership and Rights

  • Your reflections remain yours: You own all content you create
  • License to operate: You grant us permission to process your content to provide insights
  • AI insights: Generated insights are created for your personal use
  • Deletion rights: You can delete your content at any time

Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may need to perform maintenance or updates
  • We'll notify you of planned downtime when possible
  • We're not liable for temporary service interruptions

Pricing and Billing

Soulwell is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future:

  • We'll provide clear notice of any pricing changes
  • Your existing free access will be clearly maintained
  • Any paid features will be optional upgrades
  • Billing terms will be clearly communicated

Termination

Your Rights

  • You can delete your account at any time
  • We'll permanently delete your data upon account deletion
  • You can export your data before deletion

Our Rights

  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • We'll provide notice and opportunity to resolve issues when possible
  • Serious violations may result in immediate termination
